Excited to be the first to review this book! This is a truly fun read. It's fast-paced, with plenty of plot twists and well-developed characters (two-legged as well as four-legged!). It is well-written and provides lots of interesting local detail and a thoughtful social message. It's refreshing and inspiring to see central figures in their 60s kicking butt and solving mysteries, each using skills and talents honed during their pre-retirement years. You will have a hard time putting this one down! Very much looking forward to the second book in this series.
