An interstellar cold war – Climate crisis looming – One man a pawn in an alien power game

Imprisoned deep within the suffocating rainforests of an alien world, Ian, a former U.S. Navy officer and CIA operative, faces brutal interrogation and slavery. A beautiful intelligence officer has sworn to rescue him – whatever the personal cost. Light-years away on Earth, Ian’s partner, Rebecca, clings to the hope that the man she loves will return. But time and physics have other plans.

Humanity is not alone. Rival alien superpowers are locked in a deadly cold war, and Earth has unknowingly been drawn into their conflict. Meanwhile, Earth’s deteriorating climate is driving severe floods, extreme heat and mass migration, undermining the foundations of civilisation.

Separated by time, isolated by light-years and torn by divided loyalties, they are swept into a dangerous maelstrom of love, espionage and interstellar intrigue. And while they struggle to survive, an ancient enemy is plotting Earth’s future.

Bold and thought-provoking, A Stitch in Time is a hard science fiction thriller about love, integrity and survival, as global warming continues to accelerate.
