Join Ray Raisin and his friends on their hilarious misadventures on Dessert Island in this sweet and silly early-reader graphic novel

Welcome to Dessert Island, Ray Raisin’s favorite place in all of the Confectionary Keys. Ray—a boisterous box of raisins—loves his annual visit with Great Granny Grape, who runs the Dessert Island Inn.

Every summer, happy-go-lucky Ray arrives, ready to explore the island and catch up on his favorite pie-rate adventure books. However, this summer is different; Granny is stressed out and clearly needs a break! Ray convinces her to go on a cruise while he runs the inn—after all, how hard can it really be?

But when the island is overrun by an unexpected and out-of-season wave of tourists, Ray finds himself in pickle after pickle, and the guests are turning sour. With the help of the inn staff, Mac and Berrie, Ray will have to find his jam or risk disappointing Granny!

Funny, heartfelt, and filled with the sweetest puns, Blythe Russo has baked a delicious tale sure to appeal to fans of series like Batcat, Pizza and Taco, and Pea, Bee, and Jay.
