The past is waking. And the flames are rising.

After being torn apart, Sereh and Erann are finally reunited. Yet there is little time to celebrate. Questions still surround Erann’s disappearance, but the prophecies refuse to give up their meaning.

Then Emma disappears.

Lost somewhere in Biklander’s past, Emma witnesses events long forgotten: a dangerous sea crossing, a devastating eruption, and the secrets carried by those who first made the island their home. What she discovers could change everything Sereh and Erann thought they knew about Biklander — and about the dragons. And a strange green jewels may hold answers no one is prepared for.

But while Erann struggles to uncover what happened, Sereh faces a danger of her own.

If they are to survive, they must rely on those around them — human and dragon alike — as the past reaches into the present and the truth behind the prophecies draws closer.

Because some secrets have been buried for centuries. And uncovering them will have consequences for them all.
