Montlake encourages and accepts requests from librarians, educators, media professionals, reviewers, bloggers, and booksellers, but reserves the right to accept or decline requests on a case-by-case basis.
To be approved for Montlake Romance digital ARCs, you must have a way of distributing your review.
If you are a blogger:
--> Blog should be updated at least three times per week, and have more than a 1,000 followers.
--> Provide a working link to your blog in the company field.
--> If more than one person writes for your blog, please link only to those blog posts you have written yourself.
--> Share your e-mail address (if it is not already in your public profile).
--> Let us know how many unique visitors you have per month to your website
If you review on Facebook or Twitter
--> Please Include your Twitter handle and follower count. Your Twitter account must be set to public.
--> Please include your Facebook page and number of likes.
If you review on Instagram:
--> Please include your Instagram handle, and the number of followers. Note that at this time, due to the sheer number of requests we receive, we are unlikely to approve requests from Instagram accounts with fewer than 5,000 followers.
If you are a media professional:
--> Please include the name of the company where you work and your work email address.
--> If you are a freelance reviewer for publications:
--------> Include the name of the media outlets you write for and your email address.
--------> Include working links to previous reviews or features you have written
--> In most cases, requests will automatically be approved for librarians, booksellers and educators who include institution information and/or an institutional email address in their bio.
If you review on Goodreads:
--> Please leave a direct link to your Goodreads profile.
--> We will no approve requests from Goodreads members who leave only a star rating as opposed to a text review.
If your request is approved:
--Reach out to us within NetGalley if you’re interested in bonus content (video, photos, and more) to include in your post or article.
--Wait to publish your review until two weeks before the release date unless prior arrangements have been approved by one of our publicists.
--Send us your review via NetGalley and include the name of the publication/blog, the link (for online reviews), and the date when the review will be published.
--Let us know if for any reason you are unable to post your review and why.
