I really wanted to like this book. The synopsis held so much promise, but the book failed to deliver as much as I hoped for from it. I enjoyed it well enough, but with a few tweaks it could have been an even more enjoyable read.

So I just found this series on my kindle, it must have been pushed to the sidelines and lost in the shuffle. So this book kind of gave me Purple Hearts vibes if it hadn't of come out first I would have thought the movie is where the idea came from. I absolutely loved the characters and how a marriage of convenience (or so they thought) was actually love. I look forward to finishing the series over the weekend.

I tried really hard to get into this book and it's completely possible it was just my mindset at the time. I can see myself enjoying All I Know at a later date but right now, it just wasn't for me.

A big thank you to NetGalley and the author for the ARC. I am voluntarily reviewing this book. I didn't love this book of hate it. I found it just ok. I could not connect with the characters at all. I guess because I had no high school sweetheart. I had no point of reference. Can't imagine going back to my hometown either. I am sure many will love this series, but I just don't think it's for me. It does read well as a stand alone. 3 stars

Cute read about Kate and Damian's second chance at romance. Kate crushed on Damian in high school but they never got together. Kate comes back to Paradise Bay to take care of her ill mother. Damian is back on a break from assignments as a military contractor. The two get together and hit it off. Damian finds out that Kate has a medical condition and offers to marry her so that Kate can get health insurance.

Of course, it's really love between the two. Nice read with low angst.

Thanks to Netgalley for the opportunity to read and review this book.

All I Know is the very first book I've read by Tamara Lush and I was hooked right from the start!

This is Kate and Damien's story. They shared one kiss when they were in High School and went their separate ways. That was 10 years ago. Now by chance they meet again and sparks fly between them.

Kate has a health issue and Damien is willing to go to any lengths to help her. Kate had her doubts but eventually went along with it. In the end, we see their true feelings for each other, and along the way there were plenty of steamy scenes! Loved the way this book panned out and the characters introduced.

After not being a big fan of the first in this series, I was hesitant to keep going on to the next one.

This was, however, one that I liked more than the first, so I am glad that I gave it a chance!

The immaturity that was in the first book was still here (and that dreaded word "smooching"), but the characters felt a lot deeper and more mature. I felt that the Marine aspect, as well as the social media influencer aspect, brought some good things to the story as a whole.

Thank you NetGalley for the digital ARC. This was a love story about second chances. Its always nice to see someone get a second chance with their first love and all us women can relate! Quick, witty and romantic

All I know is that it took me a long time to read this series. I have an issue with commitment and this series made me realize that. I liked it. Sexy smutty and fuckable.

A fantastic second chance at romance novella! I loved that there's already history between Damien and Kate, that's one way to help make the story believable, especially since this is a novella. The catalyst for their marriage is an honorable one, and seeing how they react to their evolving feelings was great.

High school crushes Damien and Kate meet again years later and find that their attraction for one another still lingers. With Kate battling an illness, but unable to get the help she needs on her current insurance, Damien offers to marry Kate so she is covered under his insurance to ensure she can get the help she needs. Little do they know, their fake marriage is about to become very real when complicated feelings and emotions arise from both parties. Fake marriages don't stay fake for long when the bride and groom harbour real love for one another!

All I Know is an enjoyable 'second chance romance novella. Short, but sweet! A nice balance of romance, humour, and steam! Sensitive subjects are dealt with respectfully and the writing style is engaging. Tamara does a fantastic job of weaving a well-balanced and romantic story together. A great read!

Your unrequited crush from high school walks I to your bar...

Its not a joke but the premise of All I Know and the start of the Paradise Beach series. Thos sexy, sweet story is a doozy of a reason for a marriage of convenience. It's also the romance lovers epic intro to even more hopeful romances.

Clearly, I have my rose colored glasses on! Paradise Beach has me smiling eagerly and excited for more!

This was my first read from this author. I'm a big fan of second chance romance so I was immediately drawn in by the synopsis and, that cover is gorgeous!! It was a quick read without a lot of drama. I didn't love it but I didn't hate it, either. I enjoyed the banter but, had a hard time connecting with the characters.

All I know is the beginning of the Paradise Beach series and I was hooked. Kate is back in her hometown to take care of her mother. Damien is back home in leave visiting family. These two had major crushes on each other in high school but things didn’t work out. Now a decade later, that attraction is still there. Staying out late, sneaking around behind their moms’ back, it’s like high school all over again. When Damien finds out Kate’s secret he will do anything to make sure she is okay. And so the story begins. It was good and I can’t wait for more.

3.5 stars
My first book by the author and a very enjoyable read. I love second chance romance and this story hit all the points in my list for a love story.
The only thing that i didn't enjoy was their dialogue, as it seemed more appropriate for a younger couple and not a 27/28 adult.
Otherwise, it was funny and steamy and a great start to a series.

All I Know is a super short and entertaining read. Thanks so much to NetGalley and Tamara Lush for the review copy!

The novel (or novella? it's pretty short) follows Kate and Damien who had crushes on each other in high school but now 10 years later, they meet again and still have feelings for each other. There's a fake but not so fake marriage proposal, which makes sense in the book but the "fake" aspect feels a bit forced because they're already dating and basically in love when it is first brought up. In general the book was cute and I liked it but it felt a bit short to really get to know the characters or have much story development. It felt a bit cringy and disjointed at times but I think that was partly due to me not feeling that into the story or invested because I think it moves a bit too fast. By this I mean that the time jumps between chapters are sometimes quite large and it just makes it feel a bit disjointed. Regardless I really did enjoy it and I felt that by the end I was more invested in Kate and Damien's relationship and I'm looking forward to future books that may have them in them.

I'm not entirely sure if this is the first book or the prequel, some places name it as book 0.5 and others book 1, so that's a bit confusing but it feels a bit like a book you could read as an extra to the series, if that makes sense. I think that it does really well to set up the romance between the next two characters of the series so I'm excited to read that one, especially because it looks longer. All I Know is a short, fun read and definitely a promising start to the Paradise Beach series.

***I received this book from NetGalley***

I felt like this book was set during high school-not 10 years later. I couldn't get past Kate kept on saying "my condition this" "my condition that." It was a hard read for me. It seemed really juvenile from Kate's stand point.

Can’t wait to read more about them I was sad when it ended

Kate was tending bar at her mother's thatched roof tiki hut. Bernice was the only person in the bar. She was a regular. Since Kate had come home to Paradise Beach, she’d been on edge, awaiting something ominous. Than someone sets next to Bernice. It was Kate’s HS crush Damien- her first kiss- who had been in the Marines. It had been ten years and Kate had wondered where Damien ended up and what he looked like and if he remembered her at all. She acknowledged the instalust she feels or him. Kate had always had a thing for Damien, long before they kissed at a party their Sr. year. He said he hadn’t seen her since graduation and asked if she was back for good or returning to Chicago soon. He used his old nickname for her-Girlie. Damien walking into the bar might be the best thing that happened to Kate in a month. Kate said she came home because her mom had a medical thing. She needed comfort, the bar needed help so Kate came back. She added she came back for a couple of months anyway. She also said she saw Damien’s brother Tate and he said Damien was a military contractor . Damien said something like that. Than Bernice brings up her mom had a double mastectomy. But then again there are no secrets in Paradise Beach. Bernice is the secretary at the local police station and has a mind like a trap. She’s a legend on the island. Kate thought Damien was pure temptation, wrapped in desire, dipped in lust. He said he came to the bar to see her. Damien added” maybe you can have a drink with me later.” Damien apologized to Kate for not beating the guys up who had trashed her reputation and she became the island slut because they spread she did more with Damien than kiss. It followed her until graduation - four months later. Kate didn’t want to tell him that she’d been hesitant to return to Paradise Beach because of how she’d been bullied those final months of HS. It had shaken her confidence for years afterwards, made her wary of trusting people. He said he walked away unscathed and she got the reputation. He never forgot that. She said he didn’t tease or agree he ahd sex with her at the party, he was kind and still called her his friend. She didn’t add his reputation remained intact because he was a Hastings, one of the islands richest families. It had been more than a year since Kate had been with a man. No one had given Damien aan electric kinetic jolt like Kate did. Back in HS Kate had been his dream girl. And now she’s she’s his dream woman. The past couple of hours had told him everything he needs to know. She’s still the sweet, hilarious, caring person he always adored. And yet, something in her has changed. Maybe she’s matured ,or maybe it’s the gravity of caring for a sick parent. As Damien leans to kiss Kate, a warning invades his mind. This is a mistake. Damien was leaving for Syria in three months and he may not return. Because he’s still in love with Kate. He doesn’t deserve her , he didn’t deserve her at all.
I loved this book. Excellent read. I loved Damien and Kate together and how they interacted. I felt bad for what Kate went through her Sr year of HS. I loved that damien got in a fight to protect Kate’s reputation. I didn’t want to put this down. I loved the pace and the plot. This drew me in from the very beginning until the end. I didn’t expect the ending but it was a great ending and we were assured we would see Damien And Beth again in later books. I loved the characters and the ins and outs of this book and I highly recommend it.

So this is a second chance story. Kate is back home since her mother is sick and she is working at her mothers bar just waiting to leave that place that she did not have good memories of. Damien is back home on leave and finds Kate working at this bar and these two are instantly attracted to each other. I wasn't crazy about it, didn't hate it but wasn't my favorite. Damien kept calling her girly, yeah I do not find that romantic in the least it is something you say to a friend. Kate is sick and her she has no insurance and is struggling Damien wants to help and asks her to marry him to assist her since he has benefits and if something happens to him she would be covered. Nice thought but these two had feelings for each other and were not mature enough to say. Another thing that bothered me was that at their rehearsal dinner there was someone that used to bully her and yet she never apologized and from what I read didn't even acknowledge her, yes I know it was years ago but still that hurt was still there and in my opinion had no business being there, those were some of my pet peeves, maybe if there was an acknowledgement and apology I would have gotten over it, but that did not happen..
