I found this to be an enjoyable read, keeping me on my toes throughout. The storyline was written well and flowed seamlessly. I look forward to reading more by this author!

Delightful romance title featuring two middle-aged ladies who have entered the realm of matchmaking.

Only they don't do it alone with their kids involved behind the scenes.

While this is the second title in a series, it can be read as a stand-alone (which I did.)

Overall, it was a fun book to read. Lots of humor woven into the mix. And it makes me want to head back to Idaho sometimes soon.

This is a fun, numerous book with characters that you’ll fall in love with and there’s a few main characters in this book of a couple of matchmakers finding loves for relatives and also their friends

I quite enjoyed this tale of two matchmakers and the four people they set out to pair up. After a few missteps before (not covered in detail in this story) they have learned a few lessons on the art of finding mates for others. An easy read, it moved along well. I certainly wouldn't mind reading more about the duo, longtime friends who team up to help others find happiness.

Autumn, The Matchmaker Chronicles (Book 2) by Janis McCurry, Lynn Mapp

I don’t normally like to do this but…the description of the book had me hooked. Reading a 2nd book before the 1st is not something I would do. Will I understand what is going on? What am I missing? I thought: “well, why not, this looks so cute, and I could use some cute right now”. So I did it, I downloaded the book and snuggled in for a read.

Maggie Barnes and Rina Thorn, best friends and co-partners have a success rate of 2 for 2 and with their confidence boosted and their passion to help others are on a new mission of matchmaking. These are so cute, little lovable ladies.

The couples, because there are two at a time (double the fun!).

I love how the charactures are realistic and relatable. This was very enjoyable, feel good book. Looking forward to the next but first I will be looking for book 1 to read.

The second book of the Matchmaker Chronicles follows best friends Rina and Maggie as they try to help two new couples find their happily ever after.

I loved both (potential) couples and their characters were dynamic, relatable, believable and incredibly funny. I especially enjoyed the dynamic between the two meddling matchmakers and the notes of their matchmaking endeavors were hilarious.

The Matchmaker Chronicles are an entertaining, easy, and fresh read and I’m already looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

Thanks to the author, publisher and Netgalley for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Autumn is a contemporary rom-com novel about two couples who were match fixed by two middle aged women, who want to make the couple believe in love. Its heartwarming and the characters were so relatable, since I have seen my grams match fix for my brother! Characters were well developed, although i felt the author overdosed the novel with more details. I skimmed through the middle pages. The flow of the story and the language was clear and easy to understand. The book is a second instalment in match making series, I will definitely read the first book to know more about the characters. Loved how this book made me feel!
Thank you authors, Netgalley and BooksGoSocial for this romantic read!

This book is about two matchmakers Maggie & Rina, flush with the success of their previous matchmaking attempts with their children, embarking on their next 'targets'. It's a little funny how easily they are able to convince people to be set up and find people to date. Once you're past that, it is an easy romance story with 2 couples, each a little different, finding their way to an HEA. Rina and Maggie's matchmaker notes are funny, all the characters are pretty likeable, though there are lots of names to keep track of (the authors are clearly setting up the series). Though each person has their own unique history and background and baggage they bring, the conflicts are easily resolved with an epilogue that wraps up everything with a nice bow and clearly foreshadows what's next. I liked it.
