This book is a great resource for those with Hashimoto's who follow a meat-based diet. As a long time vegan, I was unable to put a lot of the suggestions to use, but I would recommend this to the newly diagnosed who have no idea how to change their diets in harmony with thyroid issues.

I found this book FANTASTIC as I have thyroid problems so I will find this book extremely helpful FANTASTIC hints and tips I can highly recommend this OUTSTANDING book if you have problems with your thyroid.
