Read the cover for a book synopsis. It is a quick read with a very disappointing ending. A lot of characters are introduced at the beginning and up to midway but it finally settles down to their part in the story. The group of male friends are obviously psychopaths and there is in their midst murderous people. There were many grammatical and punctuation errors that one had to skip over to make sense. I was provided an arc after the publish date so I have no way of knowing if they were corrected. There were some gaps in bringing the full story together seemed the flow was off along with unnecessary events/actions plugged in just for dialogue. The story and most of the dialogue was excellent, I would give those a solid 4* it just didn't measure up in pulling things together along with the errors I'm gonna have to go with a 3. But I definitely would read this author again as all components are there , it just doesn't gel completely and is sometimes choppy. I was under no obligation to provide a review. The opinions expressed are my own. Thanks to the author publisher and NetGalley for allowing me to read this book.

This was a fun, fst read- read the whole book in 2 sittings. The characters are those people we know, look good, too good, on the surface and can be as ugly inside as they look nice outside.

Those that have, want more and are prepared to do uncool things to get them. Both superficial and venal, these are some fun characters and its tough to find much sympathy for any of them.

Willing to go to extraordinary lengths to protect what they have, the body count starts to rise. Easily swept under the carpet at first, things begin to unravel.
Enjoyed this book, and plan to enjoy others by this author- he truly has, as he says, a keen eye for narcisisism and privilege- people I love to hate.
My only hesitation was the ending......
