this book is a guide to negotiating your salary. no matter how much work experience you have, salary negotiations are still one of hardest parts of the process, and this book acknowledges that discomfort. knowing that, we move on with practical advice for how to negotiate. the book provides the readers with toolset and resources to evaluate your pay, and the skill set to understand your offer and ask for a more suitable offer in an effective way. i loved that the book talks about the required mindset in detail, because that’s something often ignored when we try to address a job situation. i look forward to applying these lessons in my career.
