An amazing reference! A small guide to depression, is just that a very helpful guide on that covers different areas of mental health. It is very clear as well as comprehensive. It was easy to understand and follow along with.
Recommended this to health professionals as well as those who are curious about mental health.

Thank You to Gary Small, Gigi Vorgan and Humanix Books, for the digital ARC provided through NetGalley in exchange for an honest review!

As someone who has been diagnosed with depression I was hopeful to find something new in how to cope and kind of manage, but a lot of what I read was the same old material I have read in other books.

The book was well-written and easily understandable.

Recommended if you or someone you know needs some help with mental health.

Even though the subject matter was heavy, understanding mental health in all its forms and being compassionate to others with these struggles is important and necessary AF. This book is comprehensive and covers many different areas of mental health from depression and anxiety to dementia and Alzhimer's disease. It is very clear a lot of research and effort went into writing this guide and still being sensitive and I like this was easy to understand.

Recommended if you or someone you know needs some help with mental health.
