Warning do not look at this cookbook while hungry or even slightly peckish. It’s 8am and I already have dinner planned 3 days from now after reading this cookbook. Terrific easy to follow recipes with delicious looking photos! What more are you looking for?

My fault but I didn’t realise that this was a Keto recipe book. It felt quite Americanised and therefore didn’t contain a lot of recipes I was interested in trying.

I have an airfryer, but I only use it for chips. After reading this book, that's about to change.

I had no idea you could actually cook so much in an airfryer! Pork rinds as a crumb coating....ummmm yes please.

This book has meat sections, as well as vegetables and desserts. The photography is bright and inspiring. Can't wait to dust off the airfryer and try some of these recipes.

Droves of people have jumped on the Keto bandwagon, and since air fryers are great timesavers, Keto dieters will definitely appreciate Quick and Easy Air Fryer Cookbook: 100 Keto Friendly Recipes to Cook in Your Air Fryer by Carolina Cartier will be a much-used book. This cookbook has dozens of mouthwatering recipes for every including breakfast dishes, appetizers, soups, salads, main dishes, vegetarian dishes, breads, side dishes, vegetables, and desserts. Also included are helpful hints for using the air fryer as well as keto-friendly ingredients.
Included are beautiful photographs of most of the recipes, making it difficult to decide what to make next. The recipes are succinctly written in standard form, so they are easy-to-follow. Most of the recipes themselves are easy, too, so even beginning cooks can successfully prepare picture perfect dishes. Each recipe also includes nutritional information which is very helpful.

Most people, when on special diets such as Keto, need ideas on what to eat with their new food habits, and this excellent cookbook has plenty to choose from. There is something for everyone here, including picky eaters. The breads are mostly made with alternative flours such as coconut or almond flours, so they are also gluten free. The recipes are gathered from all over the world, including curries, Asian, Italian, American, and Mexican, and also include trendy recipes that substitute cauliflower for traditional carbs such as Cauliflower Macaroni and Cheese.

If you or someone you know is on the Keto diet, you’ll love choosing recipes from this excellent cookbook. The recipes are good whether you are on the Keto diet or not.

Special thanks to NetGalley for supplying a review copy of this book.

It's informative and easy to follow, plenty of interesting recipes that I will surely try.
I like the style of writing and the explanations.

Many thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for this ARC, all opinions are mine

I totally missed that this was a Keto friendly air fryer recipe book when I requested it I thought it was just air fryer recipe book. I was nevertheless happy to give Keto recipes a try. After reading this book it is fairly obvious that this book is aimed at the American market. Although the measurements are all in grams a lot of the ingredients are hard to find in England. I probably won’t be trying any of these recipes.

I liked this no-nonsense quick and easy cookbook. The beginning explains the ins and outs of the Keto diet quit succinctly. The recipes appear to be easy to make. There are plenty of recipes in each category so there was a lot of variety. I don’t use my air fryer as much as I thought I would so this book has given me a lot of ideas about what I can make. I am looking forward to trying some of these dishes soon. My only complaint is that I wish there had been more photos of the food. Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for giving me an ARC in exchange for a fair and honest review. All opinions expressed are my own.

Our air fryer convection oven (so a bit different) is used for a huge variety of purposes on a daily basis and we are very happy with its functions. Discovering air fryer recipes which are also keto is like finding treasure. The author explains the keto diet (aka lifestyle) and gives keto tips to complement the saliva-inducing photographs.

Now for the recipes...when reviewing books I like to try a few recipes and am happy to report that the Breakfast Biscuits using crushed pork rinds are excellent. So are the Pickle Fries with the Crumb Coating recipe (which has potential for hundreds of ideas, keep some in the freezer!) and Everything Sauce, Balsamic Mushrooms (just a bit different than those I usually make and mmmm!) and Spicy Beef Bulgogi with just the' right balance of sweet heat. So many others I wish to try include the Cauliflower Mac 'N Cheese, Blackberry Hand Pies and Protein Crackers.

This book would be especially useful for new cooks but there are inspirations for the experienced, too.

My sincere thank you to Quarto Publishing Group - Chartwell Books and NetGalley for the privilege of eating up this book!

Quick and Easy Air Fryer cookbook is one of my new favourite air fryer cookbooks. I tried some recipes and they were all good and all easy to follow.

I will be getting this one in physical form in the near future.

As someone who is both keto and an air fryer user, I was really excited to check out this book. It was ultimately such a disappointment for me though. Almost every recipe calls for crushed pork rinds. The meatballs, the savory dough, the sweet dough, the desserts, the breading..... Crushed pork rinds can be a nice keto sub for things like bread crumbs (I'm assuming, I don't use them) but they're quite unhealthy, especially if you're buying conventional ones made with factory farmed pigs fried in junk oils..... blech. I tend to use things like coconut flour, almond flour, parmesan, mushroom powders and flax as fillers and breading. I'm used to seeing an occasional recipe that calls for them and I just skip those, but they were literally in almost all of the recipes. Talk about a one note cookbook. It could be more accurately titled The Crushed Pork Rinds Air Fryer Cookbook.

My husband and I have been very successful on our keto diet but we do clean keto with lots of things like leafy greens, avocado, salmon, coconut, low-starch veggies and such. Part of the reason we went keto was for health reasons and we have become so much healthier. I don't think we would be healthy for long with these recipes.

Also, there are not many photos and they seem to be stock images that are not of the actual recipes, and in my ARC the colors were glaringly over-saturated. Also, it was one of those books where you have to make one or two other recipes to make a different recipe, as the ingredients call for another recipe somewhere else in the book. Not a book I'd use personally.

I read a temporary digital ARC of this book for review.

I am new to Keto, but I thought the recipes looked great! I like that it is sorted by type of meat, and that there are so many pictures of the dishes. I tried a couple of them so far and they tasted great! !

This book focuses on, and includes background info, related to the Keto Diet. There are quite a few recipes in here that sound good and aren't totally specific to Keto. Recipes are in chapters on breakfast, side dishes, beef, chicken, pork, seafood, vegetables, desserts, doughs, and sauces & seasonings. There are a handful of color photos in each chapter but not for every recipe. The breakfast and dessert chapters were pretty short. Each recipe does include nutrition info, and most of them seem to have a reasonable size list of ingredients with simple preparation. Overall, a fair book for air frying and likely good for those interested in the Keto diet.

Great cover... keto friendly air fryer cookbook. Sounds like a mouthful and the recipes looked pretty easy. Every third recipe had a picture and what pictures they did have looked amazing.

What did I like? The recipes were broken down by meat which I felt was pretty nice. You can look for a recipe depending on what you have available in your freezer. I really enjoy using my air fryer and everything always tastes great. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone trying to use their air fryer to cook keto friendly foods.

I received a complimentary copy to read and voluntarily left a review!

A colourful book with lots of recipes. Both the keto diet and an air fryer are very popular right now so this book is great for that. Although in American most of the ingredients can be found in the UK or at least substituted

If you're short on inspiration for things to cook in your airfryer, this book is what you need. It provides a huge range of ideas, savoury and sweet, meals and sides, and even dips you can make to accompany what you've made.

It was clearly intended for a US audience as some of the terms and measurements used are in US English but they are not difficult to fathom and find equivalents sold on this side of the Atlantic.

I'd recommend this book if you have an airfryer, and like to make meals with it.

Quick Easy Air Fryer Cookbook is a keto cooking manual with recipes developed and curated by Carolina Cartier. Due out 19th Oct 2021 from Quarto on their Chartwell imprint, it's 160 pages and will be available in hardcover and ebook formats.

I liked the style of the book. The graphics are colorful and the photography is clear and easy to follow. The author has an accessible and easy to understand writing style and presents the concepts in scientifically correct, clear, and concise language. The introduction covers the basics of the keto lifestyle/diet, including a basic primer on ketosis, macronutrients, tips, ingredients, tools, supplies, how-to, pantry lists and shopping tips. The air-fryer section is very abbreviated and readers who are complete newbies with the air-fryer will want to check their own instruction manuals for more information (all these recipes utilize the air-fryer in some capacity).

The recipe chapters are arranged thematically by category: breakfast, sides, main dishes by main ingredient (beef, chicken, pork, seafood, and vegetables), desserts, doughs, and sauces & seasonings.

Ingredient measurements are supplied in American standard measurements with metric measures in parentheses (yay!). The prep times, net carbs, servings, and tips and options are listed in well laid out sidebars. The ingredients are listed in a bullet list followed by step by step directions. Nutritional info includes calories, carbs, total/saturated/trans fats, sodium, total sugars, protein, and fiber.

This really felt like a keto-friendly do-able cookbook for me: short on time/money, impatient with impossible-to-source "weird" ingredients, and cooking for myself and a family of non-keto eaters. I found it impressive and pretty easy to follow. A small real-life occurrence - my endocrinologist said at my last visit I was his ONLY patient who had actually gone DOWN in weight since lockdown. That made me feel good.

Four stars. One codicil, there are very few pictures included in the book (fewer than 20% of the recipes are accompanied by photos). The dishes and serving suggestions which are included are attractive and appropriate, however.

Disclosure: I received an ARC at no cost from the author/publisher for review purposes

This is a very informative cookbook! Lots of info on keto foods. I like it didn't have a lot of unordinary ingredients in the recipes and they are easy to follow. The egg loafs recipes were my favorites. I do wish it had more photos of the finished recipes.

I would have put the seasonings/sauces/protein dough recipes in before the actual recipes - so it was easier to know what the recipe meant when it said "savory protein dough" - I'd know if I had all the ingredients to make that recipe.

Thank you to NetGalley, the author and publisher for a temporary, digital ARC in return for my review.

Very good book. Lots of fantastic recipes. Things I had no idea you could cook in an air fryer. I will definitely look out to purchase this book

I love my air fryer but I was definitely not making the most of using it if this book is anything to go by!
The book is split into different sections breakfast, desserts, side dishes etc. I'm new to Keto so the introduction to Keto at the beginning was really helpful.

I also really liked that the other chapters were broken down into star ingredients such as beef, chicken, Pork,
seafood etc.

I've already tried out the taco hand pies and they were amazing, a recipe i see myself trying again and again.

Other recipes included here that caught my eye were

Spinach artichoke Chicken
Garlic butter shrimp
Breakfast biscuits
and who knew you could make granola in an air fryer! That's one I really need to make!

Fantastic book that I highly recommend
