This is the perfect book for making tasty meals without ending up with a kitchen full of dishes. There is a wide variety of recipes to suit all tastes and needs.

Great recipe book, thanks to NetGalley and the publishers for letting me access it in exchange for my feedback.

I liked the layout of the book and the good photography but was a bit disappointed with the selection of recipes. I was looking forward to some new ideas for “something different” to add to my repertoire but found little that I would be interested in trying. Left feeling a little underwhelmed.

I love a good Women's Weekly Cookbook and have many in my collection. I also love easy, one pot cooking for its versatility, ease and quick cleanups. And this book had all that and more.

The book is broken down into chapters by the top of pot/pan you will be using which I liked. There is a wonderful introduction to the book that helps you to understand the different pots/pans which is great. And then the recipes begin.

Some of my favourites are soups such as the Minestrone and Hot and Sour Chicken Noodle Soup, the Chicken, Bacon and Mushroom Stew (which I did make), Chilli Con Carne Cornbread Pie, Prawn Saganaki (made this one too), Fragrant Beef Curry (will be trying this one soon), Chicken Parmigiana Bake and Spicy Courgette and Ricotta Pasta Shells. And that is just a start!

The conversion chart is a great help which I think every cookbook should have in this day and age.

I can guarantee that I will be using this cookbook and trying more recipes in the months to come. YUM!

I don’t eat seafood so this is not a book for me. Would suit beginner I found the recipes a bit basic and simple and scratched my head on some ingredients like maple syrup in dhal. Maybe some more explanation is good in instructions..

I love the Australian Womens Weekly cookbooks and I definitely wasn’t disappointed with this one.
Filled with a fabulous array of recipes, there will be something for everyone, and who doesn’t like a one pot meal that saves you some washing up?!
Accompanied by gorgeous colourful pictures that make this book a joy to look through.

I always enjoy the Australian Women's Weekly recipe books as the recipes are fuss free and tasty. This book is no exception. It has a range of recipes for the saucepan, frying pan, wok and baking tin. The recipes are family friendly and are adaptable to any budget. I want to cook more efficiently to reduce cooking times and fuel costs in the current crisis of escalating gas and electricity prices. These recipes allow me to keep cooking tasty home made food using only one pot whilst reducing cooking times. I never imagined that I could make beef lasagne in 30 minutes in a frying pan, allowing everyone their favourite in an economical and timely fashion. Many of the recipes in this book take less time than heating a ready made meal in the oven.

Certainly worth its 5 star review.

Thank you Netgalley for a free ebook copy in return for an honest review.

An interesting range of recipe ideas that are clearly laid out with good instructions and colourful photos of the finished dishes. There are definitely a few dinner ideas that I will be trying out with my family.
I would say though that some of the meals contain quite a few expensive ingredients that would make them unaffordable as a regular family dinner.
I liked the fact that is a handy measurement conversion guide at the back of the book to convert from Australian measurements and weights to those used in other countries

As always with Women's Weekly cookery books, One Pot is full of clear, easy to follow recipes covering multiple cuisines. A great addition to anyones cookery book library.

I was given a copy of Australian Women's Weekly One Pot by NetGalley and the publishers in return for an unbiased review.

A tad tired and overdone, this recipe book offers no new look at cooking but is comforting and all very familiar, I won’t be adding it to my collection but it’s a good addition if you’re starting to cook.

Womens Weekly cookbooks are just amazing. This creative and beautifuuly designed Weekly One Pot is no exception and has revitalised our tired boring recipes without increasing the time in the kitchen.

The tips throughout the books are excellent and the recipes convert to digital format nicely, although the photgraphy is so great and the cipes delicious I will certainly be buying a hardback for my collection.

Nice enough book.
Good pictures throughout although a bit of repetition in places that I don't think really adds anything.

I think the format of the book is a bit confusing, there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to the order of the dishes, you skip from small and light to heartier meals with random sweet things in between.

The recipes are nice but nothing really to write home about, some unusual bordering on odd combinations here and there.

I love these books. I have been using them for a long time. This one is just as good as the others-Really good. Now to put the recipes into practice.

I’m all about simplicity and ease when it comes to cooking and one pot meals are my jam!

Many of these recipes are not hard, nor take a long time but look fancy. I really like the layout of the recipes and the tips that are sprinkled throughout.

Thank you to the author, publisher, and NetGalley for the digital version in exchange for an honest review.

A great idea - one pot to cook everything from a saucepan, frying pan, wok etc. Bit let down at times though as the main dish might be one pot but then the recipe says 'serve with mashed potatoes and green vegetables' or 'steamed jasmine rice', so another 1 or 2 pots for them. Huh. I can forgive the 'serve with crusty bread' though! Still, the idea is right. As usual for this series, the recipes are straightforward, ingredients mostly easily found even in the UK and, where not, then there are obvious substitutions (I reckon you could use whole sea bass instead of red snapper for example).. There is a good mix of cuisines - French, Spanish, Thai, Indian, Mexican, Middle/Far Eastern - has to be something for everyone. All well illustrated. I like the idea of chilli con carne cornbread pie and the chicken parmigiana bake. Apart from the mains there are useful short sections on accompaniments whether they need another pot or not - the various ideas for mash, toppings, rice, quinoa, couscous dishes. Has to be 3.5* for the not always really one-pot but I'll round up to 4* as most people will have 2 pots of some sort and the idea is fine! Thanks to NetGalley and DK for an advance copy in exchange for my honest review.
