First of all I would like to thank the publisher and NetGalley for this ARC in exchange for an honest review.
I loved every second of reading this book! It was cute, had fake lovers, vampires, werewolves, some spice, coffee and an extremely large unique vampire family. I really hope we might get some spin offs of other characters in the book as felt that they have stories to tell (such as werewolf and vampire romance). This also surprised me in being light on the vampire trend so wasn't all about drinking blood and the sexualisation of this. I really enjoyed the older generations vs the younger characters as it gave perspective on how times have changed and is changing for the better, the fact that the younger generations prefer beds to coffins made me cackle with laughter.
It's not a dark gothic story but is a really fun and interesting romance, it also makes you think of My Big Fat Greek Wedding which is what some of this story was based on as it is just one big chaotic family!
Can't wait to see what the author comes out with next as I already know it will be another good read.

Thank you to Netgalley, the publisher, and the author for an ARC of this book.
This book follows Pandora, a vampire who learns that she needs to get married to get access to her inheritance and Victor, a PhD student that she had a crush on. One day when Victor visits the coffee shop she works at, she learns that he needs money to finish his Ph D and she suggests they get fake married to solve both of their problems.
Now Pandora has to convince her family they are dating and keep Victor from finding out she and her entire family are vampires. I thought this book was funny. I enjoyed the family dynamics and I was engaged in the story the whole time. I would definitely recommend this book for paranormal romance fans!

This was such a cute and funny paranormal rom com! I had a smile on my face reading this. From the get go Pandora was totally obsessed with Victor, before he even made his grand entrance in the coffee shop, so I knew we were in for some juicy tension. The marriage of convenience and fake dating tropes mixed with the vampire stuff was delicious 👌🏼
Can we talk about Lucy aka the best friend ever? Loyal, hilarious, and to be honest stole the limelight in a few scenes, as did her chemistry with Elias. The enemies to lovers vibes between them were massive, and I’m pretty sure we’ll be getting a book about those two. That said, I did feel like their subplot got a lot of attention, maybe even a bit too much? At times it felt like Pandora and Victor were sidelined when I really wanted to see more of their love story.
The third act breakup definitely hit me, but it all wrapped up in a cutesy satisfying happily ever after. This book was funny! There were so many awkward moments where I kept thinking how is Pandora going to get out of this one? Overall a great vampire romcom 😊

Honestly from the title I thought it sounded terrible 🙈. But @avonbooksuk gave me exclusive access on @netgalley so I thought I’d give it a chance! I was very pleasantly surprised! So many funny relatable one liners! Fake dating, marriage of convenience, hilarious family members.. one problem he doesn’t know that she’s a vampire, but doing a thesis about vampires 😱. Let the drama commence!
Honestly the perfect vampire rom com and oh and there’s spice too 🌶️🌶️.
Gave me My Roommate Is A Vampire vibes, but I liked the MFC more 🥰

Thank you to the author, their publisher, and NetGalley for proving me with an ARC of this novel.

1.5/5 🌶️
The title alone was what drew me in. After reading the blurb, I was sold. I was looking for. Cute, fluffy, paranormal rom-com! This one definitely delivered on that! Yeah, there’s not a deep plot, but that’s the point. It’s an easy read for spooky season.
This book releases August 24, 2025 - so I recommend you pick it up for a quick, easy read this fall.

Thank you so much for this arc of My Big Fat Vampire Wedding.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t get into this one as I had hoped. I felt myself not really feeling interested early on and had to just stop. It makes me quite sad, because I was really looking forward to it. I will say there were some fun and quirky moments, which I’m sure many will find engaging and enjoyable. Thank you again and maybe this will be one that I pick up again in the future.
3/5 ⭐️

i can’t even lie the premise of the book did interest me but what sold me was the fact that pandora looks like megan fox in jennifer’s body lol… but anyways! pandoras mom was annoying asf by making her bring elias everywhere but it brought good banter between him and lucy so i can’t even be completely mad! (if they had a spinoff i would definitely read it)! i loved ravenna, she put so much effort into making both victor and pandora comfortable it was so heartwarming!! and although bellatrix annoyed me, the comments made about her singing made me laugh every single time (my favorite one was when pandy’s cousins thought someone was being sacrificed). it truly made me want to be there in the moment so i could fully be immersed and understand how the people in that house were suffering LOL!

Thanks @netgalley for a chance to read this before its release date on August 14,2025
What a fresh story! I thoroughly enjoyed the pacing, character dynamics and overall storyline. The jump to the first spicy scene felt a bit disconnected but the writing quickly recovered. I wish that this read a bit more YA but I would recommend this as a fall/spooky season read!
This book is for you if you like :

3.75⭐️ This was a really cute read! Was it fluffy and not much to it? Sure but I rounded up for the vibes alone. It was the perfect book to get someone out of a reading slump or if they just want to have some great banter, laughs and a little spice.
I really hope this is going to be a series as there is so much to work with in the future. I intend to listen to this on audio when it comes out as I think it’ll make for a great experience. Ironically if this book was written by an American author I would have thought a bit into potential subtext and real life parallels but the overtly British prose allowed me not to go down that rabbit hole. But I did notice that the author took great care with her wording and avoided being ableist which I very much appreciated
The thing that lowered my actual rating was the plot construction and world building. There was a lot unsaid that the reader had to guess at as well as some strange time jumping. But being an ARC it may have been edited a few times before publication.
So many times Vampire books are appropriate for spooky season reading but this one is good for year round fun. It comes out August 15th making it a perfect end of summer read. So put this on your TBR!
I am thankful to have gotten a complimentary eARC from Avon through NetGalley to read which gave me the opportunity to voluntarily leave a review.
My general rating system is below. Since I primarily read ARC books I rate according to how I think like minded readers will receive the book. I will round up or down depending on many factors and try not to let my personal wants affect a books ratings.
⭐️ Hated It but pushed through as so don’t DNF ARCs I have received.
⭐️⭐️ Had a lot of trouble, prose issues, content issues, poorly edited.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Meh, it was an ok read but it had something that stopped me from rounding up. Usually the book may have much more potential than what was given. I recommend it but with reservations.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I Really enjoyed it or think others will. These are solid reads that I definitely would recommend for a variety of reasons.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding! These are books that remain rent free in my head for well after unfinished the book. It can be for a variety of reasons from being very well written or just the vibes that captured my mind. These books are also ones I would probably read again.

Unfortunately, I had to set this one aside pretty early on. The formatting was rough, which made it hard to stay engaged, and the story moved at such a rapid pace that it felt almost juvenile — like it was written by teenagers, for teenagers. I couldn’t connect with the characters or the plot, especially with a 125-year-old vampire suddenly crushing on a human and going along with everything without hesitation. I might circle back and give it another shot someday, but for now, this just wasn’t for me.

I thought this was very good and I will have to add this to the shop shelves. Thank you for the chance for us to review.

This was such a cute rom com! I totally pictured pandora as Anne Hathaway, but like Mia Thermopalis in the princess diaries. The characters were well developed, and it was really fun to read.

3.6 ⭐
Ok, ok. Finally a vampire book that doesn't make me run!!!
I liked this. It was cute and mostly it was SO fun to read 😆
I liked the fact that there was this huge extended vampire family and every day the wedding was getting closer and closer a new vampire would just pop up in the house.
And the discussions between the old generations Vs the new.
The vampire sun blocker was a blast! and so the discussions about the bed Vs the coffin, the ethical sourced blood... Ah!
Maybe not the most gothic or accurate vampire story out there... but it was a great time and a nice love story 💜

New Arc!
I really hope this book will get me out of my vampire terror.
I've always loved vampire movies and tv series... some minor books in the past, too.
But in these couple years, my few attempts at vampire romance have left me "ugh" ..."bleah".
But this seemed too fun to pass out. It even has the marriage of convenience trope I love so much!!
❁ Thank you to Netgalley, Jessica Gadziala and Avon Books UK for the opportunity to read this ARC in exchange for my honest opinion ❁

Rom-com vibes with a vampire? You're onto a winner. It was a lovely quick read, didn't feel like it was dragging, and I really enjoyed it, honestly. I love a good twist on a vampire romance, and this was fun!

Thank you to Netgalley and Avon Books uk for the free ARC in exchange for an honest review.
This was a fantastic, easy to read romance which blended all the conventions of a love story with camp comedy and supernatural elements.
Fast paced and full of comic relief from the FMCs urbane vampire family, this was one of my favourite recent reads.

5☆ Couldn't Put This Book Down!
I absolutely love a good vampire book and this book ticked all my boxes. It had humour, fake lovers, vampires, werewolves, Romance, a touch of spice, and a whole lot of books, coffee, drama, and one big vampire family!
It made such a change to not read a vampire book focused all on sex and blood. Don’t get me wrong there is a good mix of spice and passion. There is so much to this book.
I really, really, hope there will be another installment as I want more and need to know more. I loved Pandy and Victor i want to see what's next for them! Will Victor become hers for eternity?
Oh and Lucy and Elias, there flirty banter sizzled i really hope we get a story just for them!
Oh and I almost forgot Dante we only just scratched the surface on his story with his experiment.
Overall I thoroughly enjoyed My Big Fat Vampire Wedding and couldn't put it down!

This was such a fun light Vampire read. I laughed lots and was such a page turner.
Highly recommend for a romance with vampires added in for fun

A lighthearted vampire romcom. This book follows Pandora, our FMC, an 125 vampire who needs to get married to receive her inheritance. In walks our MMC Victor, a regular at the cafe Pandora works at and her crush, who is about to leave due to not having the funds to complete his PHD. Pandora trying to kill two figurative birds with one stone suggests they get fake married.
This book is an odd book for me, the premise of the book is right up my alley and there are certain aspects that were executed well, It is a slow start, I struggled with getting invested but once the plot picked up, i found myself enjoy it. There were many plot points that i wished were further explored, some parts felt a little rushed.
I loved Pandora's family, they were fun to read. Her best friend Lucy and the banter she had with vampire Elias. was a highlight but both of these things took away from Pandora and Victor which to me was unfortunately a letdown. I wanted to love them but to me they were a bit flat, especially Victor who we don't get to learn nearly enough about. The tension between them never really got me, i kept waiting for something to click but it just wasn't working for me.
All in a fun campy vampire romcom that would be a great weekend read. Especially if you enjoy the paranormal.

This was such a fun, fast-paced read with all the chaos and charm I expect from this series. The humor was on point, the characters were entertaining, and the romance had just the right mix of spice and sweetness. I loved the banter and the wild situations the characters kept finding themselves in—it didn’t take itself too seriously, which made it even more enjoyable.
The only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is that I wanted just a bit more depth in certain moments—maybe more emotional buildup or tension before the resolution. But honestly? It was exactly what I hoped for: fun, flirty, fast, and a good time from start to finish.
Definitely recommend if you’re in the mood for something light, steamy, and laugh-out-loud funny.

3.5 stars rounded to 4. It was good, but I was waiting for it to be great. The idea was good with lots of good tropes, but just kind of missed the mark for me. One of the main issues was it felt like the story was moving very slow and it took a long time to read the book. I feel it might just one of those books it is better to read a physical copy instead of an ebook. I didn’t super like Pandora and Victor which was a bit a bummer. I didn’t enjoy Lucy and Elias they stole the show! I loved their interactions in the book. Also, the repeated use of cleft was a vibe killer for me.
Thank you to Netgalley for providing this ARC.
