This was such a cute and easy read. It was goofy and also romantic. I loved the modern vampire feel, with the ‘reality’ of the massive family input for the wedding haha
With a splash of spice, amazing side characters to go with the main characters and humour I really enjoyed reading this book!!

Thank you to NetGalley for this ARC.

I loved this book! This was the first book I have read by Jessica Gadziala, and I want to read more from this world.

This was so much fun, and there was so much pining and spicy moments.

Pandora, a very modern vampire, is about to turn 125, at which point she is set to inherit her family fortune. Unfortunately for Pandora, there is a very old-school clause that says she needs to be married before she can inherit. Since she is painfully single and her birthday is three months away, she is at a loss as to what to do.

In comes Victor, affectionately known as Caramel macchicot cutie, a student and regular at the coffee shop she works at and whom she has had a crush on for months. After sharing, he will no longer be coming in as he can't afford to continue getting his PhD, Pandora thinks he might be the perfect solution to her inheritance problem.

She just can't tell him , she is a vampire and her whole kooky extended family is one either.

This book gave me Addams Family meets Hotel Transylvania vibes with romance and spice. I loved it so much and it was such an easy read. Also the prettiest book cover

You need to add this to your Fall TBR. It's so cute and cozy. It's set in London where our cute vampire works at a coffee shop with her best friend who is a werewolf. Our FMC needs to find a husband in order to get her inheritance and who should she ask besides the man she's had a crush on months. I would love for this to have spin offs of other characters within this book. Thank you NetGalley and Avon Publishing for this ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Vampire fake dating/marriage plot? Count me in.

This was a nice easy read. The plot flowed well (there were a few time jumps which I’m not a huge fan of but not a big deal), the writing was good, and it was funny at times.

The main characters relationship developed well (although there were so many occasions where I was just begging them to use their words and actually talk to each other), and the two best friends had a great relationship too - I could potentially see a second book focusing on those two, which I’d definitely read!

Thanks Netgalley for the ARC

I actually really liked this. I felt like it was a little slow in parts. I wish the timeline was a little easier to follow because it was supposed to be a three month frame and it felt like everything happened in 2 weeks instead. I loved Lucy and I really hope we get a second book with her and Elias not gonna lie
Thank you Avon Books UK and NetGalley for letting me read a free copy of this book in exchange for a review

3.5/5 (rounded down)

I got my hands on this book and less than 36 hours later I had finished it. So, evidently, I had a good time.

Pandora and Victor are cute together and fake dating is always a fun dynamic for me. I really appreciated that Pandora has people outside of Victor who she cares about including her best friend Lucy, her brother Dante, and quite a few of her eccentric family members. Elias got on my nerves at the beginning, for slight spoiler-y reasons, but as the book progressed I started to genuinely like him. His and Lucy's dynamic is so fun and I'm kinda hoping for a sequel with the two of them.

Despite all that, I do have some qualms with this book. There were so many fun threads which I felt were underutilized. This caused the end of the book to fall flat for me. I also wish this book was dual perspective. This probably would've helped some of the threads be better used. Also I just wanted to be in Victor's head, because I think his internal world would be interesting.

Overall, My Big Fat Vampire Wedding was a fun experience and I'm grateful to NetGalley and Avon Books for giving me the opportunity to read it in exchange for a fair review.

Thos book had me kicking my feet and screaming, it was wonderful and a joy to read.
Vampires, slow burn but not like slug slow, a good slow pace that has you wanting more.

This book had everything I adore, so it was basically a win from page one- vampires, fake dating, and a slow-burn romance? An absolute treat.

As someone with a big, chaotic family, I found the portrayal of a large, meddlesome big group both charming and painfully accurate. Some relatives were lovable, some were absolutely insufferable, and honestly? That tracks. The romance was flirty, fun, and well-paced, keeping me happily along for the ride. My only tiny gripe was the timeline hopping. It was very small but I did notice some time skipping and summaries to fill in the blanks, which isn’t my fave. But aside from that (and the real crime: a third act breakup)- This was a delightfully silly, cozy, and vampy fake dating adventure that left me happily entertained. Thank you Avon UK for the ARC!

I was invited by the publisher to review this book. Pandora is in a bind as she is a single vampire who must get married before the end of the year or risk losing her family's inheritance. Victor, a regular at the coffee shop that she works at, mentions about how much debt he is in and Pandora sees a solution - the two should get married, she can pay off his debt, and then divorce him immediately. Except there's one problem - Victor does not know that Pandora is a vampire, nor can he find out about it.

I enjoyed the family in this book - they were meddlesome, like many families, and it kept the feeling of the book lighter, and also set things up for a potential series. I also felt that Pandora and Victor had good chemistry, despite being drastically different. This is a good book for an escape.

This book is just as goofy as the title sounds! It is the perfect cheesy romance with vampires in it. If you liked Bride by Ali Hazelwood but wanted it to be a little less series, you’ll eat this book up.

It has a little bit of everything f you want in this genre: arranged marriage, marriage of convenience, fake dating, drama galore, and a few tropes that I won’t be getting into detail about because of spoilers, but just know you love them.

It almost felt like what would happen if the family in Schitt’s Creek would do if they were vampires involved in an arranged marriage plan to save their fortune.

Just a heads up: when you finish this one, you’ll absolutely want to read a second book in this series immediately!

Thank you very much to Avon Books UK, Jessica Gadziala, and NetGalley for an ARC of this book. All opinions are my own and are not influenced by the manner in which I received it.

ARC REVIEW!!
3.5⭐️

This book was very cute and fun I loved the amount of characters there were Pandoras entire family was very entertaining it made for a fun read! The wedding and convincing her family of their relationship was such a big part of this book I do feel like it took away from the actual connection of Pandora and Victor I wish we got to see more moments of them just being together building their relationship. I enjoyed the last 10% the most that’s when you could really see that they did love each other!! Also I NEED an Elias and Lucy book their banter and sexual tension was everything I am invested in them!
Thank you NetGalley and Avon Book UK for the arc!!

Okay, so imagine this: a vampire who’s basically failing at adulting—still lives with her parents, hates her job, and oh yeah, has three months to get married or she loses her family’s ancient fortune. Enter Pandora, our hilariously chaotic heroine, who decides the easiest solution is a fake marriage to a broke PhD student named Victor. He gets his debts paid, she gets her inheritance, and everyone’s happy… except for the tiny problems that Victor can’t find out she’s a vampire, her family can’t find out the wedding’s fake, and oh yeah, they might actually be falling for each other.

This book was SO fun. Like, if you love fake dating, ridiculous family drama, and a slow-burn romance where both people are terrible at lying to each other, you’ll love this. Pandora’s family is next-level extra—think Addams Family vibes but with more fangs and passive-aggressive comments about bloodlines. Every scene with them had me cracking up. And Victor? Adorable. The man is just trying to survive grad school and suddenly he’s in a vampire soap opera. The chemistry between him and Pandora is chef’s kiss—flirty, awkward, and with just the right amount of spice.

The side characters were just as good—I need a whole book about Elias the werewolf and Lucy, because their enemies-to-lovers tension was giving me life. And honestly, the whole book just felt like a cozy, chaotic rom-com with fangs. The banter was sharp, the pacing kept me hooked, and even when the plot took a random detour (looking at you, Morocco trip), I was still having too much fun to care.

If you want something light, funny, and full of supernatural shenanigans, this is it. Fake marriage? Check. Vampire family drama? Check. A human guy who’s way in over his head? Double check. It’s the perfect mix of sweet, steamy, and ridiculous.

Also, can we talk about that ending? Because I need a sequel yesterday. Give me more of this world, more of these characters, and definitely more of that vampire-werewolf rivalry. 10/10 would recommend for a laugh, a swoon, and just pure, unapologetic fun.

As I am rewatching the Twilight saga (yes I know it is not fall season but I was missing the nostalgia) this ARC came at a great time. I enjoyed how fast paced it was but I will admit that I would catch myself rereading certain paragraphs with the way that the plot was unfolding. I would have like just a little bit more of a structured story. Pandora and Victors banter was everything that I was looking for and the connection they had… GAH!!!! Readers do be aware that this book is in 3 PPOV. If you are looking for a quick romance read that has vampires, fake marriage and cute banter this one is it! Thank you NetGalley and Avon Books UK for the ARC.

💍🧛‍♂️ Fake marriage? Check. Secret vampire identity? Check. Growing feelings that threaten to turn this whole scheme upside down? Oh, you better believe it! 🤭

This is exactly the kind of chaotic, paranormal rom-com I love to sink my teeth into. Pandora needs a husband (fast) to secure her inheritance, and Victor—broke, oblivious, and utterly human—seems like the perfect fake fiancé. The only problem? He doesn’t know she’s a vampire, her over-the-top supernatural family is watching their every move, and suddenly, this whole “fake” marriage thing is feeling a little too real.

The sparks between Pandora and Victor are positively sizzling, and their banter has more bite than a vampire at an all-you-can-drink blood bar. 🩸 Add in a meddling supernatural family and the ever-present risk of Victor discovering Pandora’s big (undead) secret, and you’ve got a wildly entertaining ride from start to finish.

And can we talk about Lucy and Elias?! 🐺🧛‍♂️ Their tension was absolute perfection—sharp, snarky, and loaded with just the right amount of unresolved attraction. Are they getting their own book? Because I need more of their bickering, stat! 😍

This book is pure fun—packed with witty banter, absurd shenanigans, and just enough spice to keep things interesting. If you love your romances full of laughs, lovable chaos, and a little supernatural spice, this one’s for you!

If you enjoy fake marriage tropes, quirky paranormal romance, and a hero who’s equal parts sweet and unsuspecting, this book delivers. A perfect pick for rom-com lovers who like their love stories with a side of fangs. 🦇💜

100% hilarious.

A great cast of characters and a funny storyline make for a fast-paced and entertaining story.

What happens when a vampire decides to marry a human when said human has no idea who they're really marrying?

Chaos, that's what.

I found myself laughing often as I read this book. Pandora's family were wonderfully weird and made everything just that little bit funnier.

And of course, the added spice was very much appreciated.

I'm hoping there will be a second book as I feel like a certain vampire and werewolf might need a book of their own. Enemies to lovers here we come!
