What a lovely and heart warming story that is wonderfully written, and beautifully illustrated. It makes the perfect bedtime story that little ones and adults can enjoy. We read to our daughter every night and I will definitely be adding a physical copy of this to her bookshelf - as I've just preordered the paperback!

Thank you Bloomsbury & Netgalley for the opportunity to read and love this book.

What a simply wonderful book! Michael Rosen at his best and the illustrations by Daniel Egnéus are gorgeous. Suitable for little ones and grown ups to enjoy together or on their own. Each page of this book is like a little masterpiece. I can't recommend it enough!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thank you to NetGalley and Bloomsbury Publishing Plc for this Arc coping of the Big Dreaming.

What a lovely story about a little bear getting ready for the sleep. My 2 year old and I loved this book. It was such a nice story. The beautiful illustrations made the story even better. We took time looking at the animals and colours as we read the story. Highly recommend!

We have a lovely cub as our protagonist.
The cub is afraid of something and we follow his journey of overcoming this fear with the help of others.
Amazing message, characters and setting.

A lovely picture book about a young bear worried about running out of dreams during hibernation.
Beautiful illustrations and repeating phrases, perfect for sharing with younger readers.

Michael Rosen can never put a foot wrong when it comes to children’s stories.

The Big Dreaming is for the under 7 group.- a totally charming and beautifully told story of a little bear who is worried that he will not have enough dreams when he has to enter the winter hibernation Big Sleep. So he sets out to ask other animals of the forest if they have any spare dreams.

The little bear learns some important lessons about happiness, safety and hope.

Daniel Egnéus’ illustrations- stunning artwork - bring a huge depth of emotion to the book.

This is a wonderful bedtime read, a lovely book for an emerging independent reader or a lovely class story where the children could act out the tale or think about dreams they could tell the little bear.

Absolutely mesmerising - very highly recommended to parents and teachers
