There is additional information on the various aspects of this diagnosis and a number of useful suggestions to implement in a variety of situations, but it is not to be considered an alternative to a specialist.
I received from the Publisher a complimentary digital advanced review copy of the book in exchange for a honest review.

Refreshing to see guidelines and support for adults who dangle on the spectrum while also having ADHD. I am one of those, it was ignored by my parents so just had to "adapt" to being the odd one out in all situations. I have awareness now, but just seeing a book out there is support in itself, the acknowledgement that there are many with a combination and it was ignored as a child.
