About the authors:

United by a love of food, travel and adventure, the Family Camping Cook Book was a natural step for Tiff and Jim Easton. With childhoods involving cooking live lobster in a caravan in Wales (Tiff) and eating markouk with honey for his school packed lunch in the Lebanon (Jim), it’s hardly surprising.
