Conversations From the Edge: The Galaxy's Edge Interviews

Galaxy’s Edge is known for its interviews of science fiction and fantasy professionals and the list of writers and other professional it has published reads like a who’s who of the field, including George R.R. Martin, Jerry Pournelle, Larry Niven, David Drake and a host of other names every science fiction reader is familiar with.

Many of these interviews conducted by Joy Ward show an intimate, unknown side of the author. However, due to printing limitations of the magazine, many of the interviews had to be shortened to fit into the required format.

This book collects all these interviews published in Galaxy’s Edge magazine from its inception through its September 2018 issue (issue 34). In many cases these are expanded, original versions of the interviews published in the magazine.

Some of these will make you think hard, some will make you smile and laugh, and some may even make you cry. But what each, and every interview will do is give you a unique insight into the genre and the lives of these giants of the industry.
