Description
Someone is killing homeless people. A woman is abducted from a street corner. Are the cases related? Two detectives, one a seasoned veteran, one a new investigator hoping to earn his detective shield are assigned the case.
The killer plays a cat and mouse game with the police creating tension between the detectives.
