The sci-fi novel was equal parts funny and transportive. It will take you to another place. You’ll be captivated by this book.

Two sisters travel to the 1920s to fix a timeline broken by Philip, a time traveler from hundreds of years in the future, who accompanies them to fix his mistake. This book was a quick read, but overly simplistic and rushed. The descriptions are choppy and uninspired, and while the history component (ratification of the 19th amendment) was fascinating, that portion felt rushed and unimportant. I love a good time travel story, but the logic of the world went unexplained which is a huge pet peeve of mine Every mystery or suspenseful point that comes up is resolved within seconds, which felt a bit like a disappointing rollercoaster. It's a quick, and occasionally funny, read that otherwise doesn't have much going for it

this was a really fun read, I loved the concept and characters. This had both humor and scifi elements that work well together.
