Description

“What is the meaning of life?” Throughout history, people have spent much of their lives trying to explain how the world works and why. Initially, they seek to live better lives and thrive. Ultimately, they seek to find purpose and significance in their existence.

Experience the scientific and philosophical journey billions of years in the making to answer the question that all living beings capable of rational thought will ask themselves: why are we here? Over the course of that journey, you will come to understand how humans determine their meaning and, with some of your own analysis, discover your own purpose along the way.

Incredible ! ! !
Thanks for Netgalley and respective publisher for sharing this book to me.
The meaning of Life is composed of those basics pillars i.e. Growth, Experience, Desire, Belief, Emotions, Support & choice of life which one has been pursuing in life but doesn't know its importance or how to give best.

This books is so much influential would rather say Guide Book to be best to achieve meaning of life.

Highly recommended book and one should read once, I'm sure this would let you think about you and give you pathway how you would improve yourself. Meanwhile, It consists of Ques and Exercise after every chapter would enhance your workability.
I've got incredible vibes throughout my reading. I'm man of non-fiction books though it's peculiar to understand life. I've noted many things from every chapter.

In a word: Excellent. I've read a lot of self-help, and this doesn't contain the fluff that much of it does. The author offers great info no matter where you're coming from in life or geography or attitude. This is no small feat. Highly recommended.

Thank you very much for the review copy!!

This is a profound book which aims to answer the question about meaning of life. Instead of giving one answer the author guides the reader through 8 key concepts growth, experience, desire, belief, emotions ethics, support and choice. Each of these concepts are introduced in a chapter which gives context, explanations and plenty of research. After each comes a questionnaire and several tasks to complete. In this way the reader can build his/her individual blueprint for a personal meaning of life.
It is certainly not an easy read but very worthwhile for anyone who wants to delve deeper into the meaning of life and construct a tailor-made plan.
