Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for giving me this eARC in exchange for an honest review. Informative and enjoyable; Press Here! Hand Reflexology for Beginners is the perfect guide for beginners like myself. I found it very insightful and it covers the basics of hand reflexology, as suggested by the title. The techniques are easy to demonstrate, even for someone who has zero experience in hand reflexology. The illustrations also really helped me to visualize the techniques. My only complaint is the font type and size in some illustrations. The small size combined with the cursive font made some text very hard to read, especially since I'm reading it on my phone. Other than that, overall I enjoyed reading this book and it was truly a delightful read. |

I’ve been interested in this subject for a long time, but only looked into feet, not hands. It was about time to check out what I can do with my hands. Clear instructions with good pictures. This is a very handy guidebook to turn to when in need. It’s good to know the main areas on the hands and the body part they work together with thanks to our nerves. The book goes straight to the point, skipping the extra fluff many books have. No nonsense, precise, and easy to read. |

I was interested in this book because I have done other holistic massage courses and was interested in exploring reflexology. I found the book really interesting and informative and covers quite a lot. It's quite a useful reference guide. The illustrations were informative giving an indication where each internal organ was. ** I'm not sure if it was the Netgalley app but the hands were elongated out of proportion so I found it difficult to pinpoint the areas needed to touch. I think real photographs would have been better because you can see clues like knuckles etc **Won't be added to external review sites because it could be a technical fault. |

I requested this on a whim, as I’ve been experiencing several health issues. I thought at the very least, I would learn some techniques for reducing pain in my hands. I’m eager to experiment with other specific areas, as I have already noted some pain relief from the reflexing of my hands. |

I was so excited to be able to read through this text and learn hand reflexology. This is something I was very interested in becoming knowledgable about and this book was a huge help in gaining that knowledge. I appreciated the illustrations and general aesthetic of the book. I'm excited to purchase the actual book later on as it was very difficult to read on my phone as that was my only option. I still felt like I was able to make use of this book though and I'd highly recommend it as a great beginner's guide. |

A brilliant book, its exactly what I’ve been looking for with hand reflexology that explains it simply but also helps with specific issues. Brilliant book to refer back to as well, with great illustrations. Thank you NetGalley for my complimentary copy in return for my honest review. |

This book serves as a great intro to reflexology. I only knew a little bit about the topic before diving into this book but I feel like I've learned so much. The sections of the book are set up perfectly and walk you through all of the steps necessary to perform this on yourself or others. The illustrations are great and truly help to show each area of the hands and wrist and how they associate with different body parts. The colorful pages drew me in and I cant wait to study this a bit more. I have already tried many of the techniques and found them to be helpful, so I highly recommend others give this a try, especially anyone who is new to the reflexology topic. Thank you netgalley for the opportunity to read this! |

As a massage therapist who has had a reflexology class this book was very informative and helpful to remind myself about hand reflexology. I learned a lot about feet reflexology and that is my main reflexology that I preform but this book is also a great tool to reference back to when needed. |

# press Here! Hand Reflexology for Beginners by Stephanie Sabounchian is a great more than introductory reference guide into reflexology for hands. The illustrations are well done and the instructions are clear. The drawings of the hand illustrate the mapping of the hands as it relates to the different internal and external part of the human body. The book starts with the basic principles and techniques and then goes into several ailments .Among others the ailments illustrates are: digestion issues, arthritis, inflammation in general, period pains , sinus congestion, headaches , thyroid issues, fatigue and allergies etc. I wish that the book was accompanied by a video link to illustrate the techniques as that would be so helpful. All in all, I am very interested in the subject and I have tried some of the exercises in the evening. I have to say that the soft pressure and hold and massage, made me relaxed and sleepy. It was very pleasant experience for me and will be practicing to relax my hand to alleviate middle age stiffness in my fingers and as a great pre bedtime routine. I highly recommend this book, it is very complimentary to self care practices. I want to thank the publisher, Fair Winds Press and #NetGalley for providing me with an temporary ARC of this great little guide into hand reflexology. |

I was super stoked this book came at the perfect time! I actually ended up with a pretty bad sinus infection about 3 days after getting approved for this and the techniques shown in the book worked wonders. I have since tried a few of the other recommendations from the book. I love the diagrams showing which part of the hand is being referenced. This is an amazing book and I plan to recommend it loudly to anyone who'll listen. #PressHereHandReflexologyforBegginners #NetGalley |
