Elizabeth Harrison is the pen name of Elizabeth Buxton (Liz) and Denise Harrison (Dee), two friends, writing together. Feeding The Gods is set principally in South Manchester and Cheshire, which is the area where the authors grew up, married, and had their children. Tackling issues as serious as corporate manslaughter, government cover-ups and assassinations, this is a long novel that keeps moving in the fast lane from beginning to end. It is particularly compelling because of the in-depth back stories of all the main characters.

Really enjoyed this, a book I couldn’t put down. Read it so quickly because I wanted to know what was happening!
