Description

𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺? 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀! 😀

Does 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦 irretrievably create 𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲? On the contrary, the more evenly matched are the citizens, the less freely they organize their social life? There are three answers:

🤔 a) Stale and disjunctive response:
If you are under 35 years old and you are not left-wing, you have no heart; if you're over 35 and you're not right-wing, you have no brain.

👎 b) Utopian response degenerating into 𝐝𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐚𝐬:
The motto of the Enlightenment was to fraternalize liberty and equality, but its idea degenerated into the Reign of Terror. We were tricked with ordinary laws: legislated, yes; legitimized, no. Without the latter, the existing social contracts and their laws are null and void. Therefore, civil society has not yet conquered any generation of rights. Do you remember Rosa Parks? David Dao? George Floyd? Etc.

✅ c) Creative and innovative response:
Away from utopias and dystopias, this essay offers a reasonable solution that transforms that apparent aporia into synergy. The aim is to guarantee the constituent rights of 1st, 2nd and 3rd G:

•    Guarantee of 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬.
•    Guarantee of 𝐜𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬.
•    Guarantee of 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬.
•    𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 and emancipate ourselves from 𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘴 𝘥𝘦𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰.
•    𝘌𝘱𝘪𝘬𝘦𝘪𝘢: 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞.
