This book is extremely necessary nowadays, and the subject is URGENT! Altough the focus is placed in leadership, the message is clear: We all need to think about solutions to one of the greatest and dangerous issues of the human being in XXI Century: The human impact on enviromental.
In recent years climate change has become a through problem in our societies and what it’s doing to the world. It’s become a pretty brutal problem and while I haven’t read much about it, this was extremely insightful in the structure of it all and what’s happening around us. I’ll for sure keep looking into more works by this author but this was for sure extremely thought provoking and powerful. 5 out of 5 stars!
