Thanks to the author, publisher, and NetGalley for the ARC.

What a satisfying ending to the series! I liked how the relationships between old and new characters grew stronger and more complicated. The worldbuilding (with which I stuggled in the first book) was solid and the author managed to tie all the loose ends. Also the narrator was so good - the audiobook is more then 15 hours long, but it was easy to follow the story.

I absolutely loved this, maybe even more than Silver Under Nightfall.
Remy is really coming into his own in this one, and not just him, Xiaodan and Malik have lots of good character development as well.
Also, I love how loving and tender and protective, yet not restricting their relationship is. Many great moments in this one (including some spice).
We also get to know many of the side characters better, as well as met some new interesting ones. Old antagonists may or may not become allies, while fighting different villains.
The plot was exciting and kept me on my toes from start to finish, but don’t worry, the characters get small moments of downtime in between.
The narrator did a great job as well.
I love this book (series) and the characters so much and really hope that there will be more books (couldn’t find any info online), because I am absolutely not ready to let this world go.

A court of wanderers by Rin Chupeco captivated me with its deliciously daring queer vampiric fantasy of epic proportions. Chupeco's creation of vampire and human courts immerses the reader in a world of courtly glitter, love, lust, and just the right touch of smut (most scenes tastefully fades to black). The story is rich with intrigue, spies, betrayal, and bloody battles, all woven around a diverse and vividly portrayed set of characters.

The narration by Matthew Spencer is utterly competent, with vocal energy and flexibility that brings the characters to life in a mesmerising way. Spencer’s has an incredible ability to modulate his voice to vividly lift the characters off the page and into our minds. I always knew which character was speaking. Just like Chupeco's storytelling, the narration is sensuous, commanding, and undeniably seductive.

This book is a triumph that promises a wonderful bite for vampire fans.
