❄️❄️❄️
She only packed for a flying visit. Now she’s stuck with no flights, no hotel and no plan B.
Anna Lundholm was only supposed to be in Copenhagen for a few hours. Just long enough to tie up some loose ends, grab one of the city’s famous hot dogs and be on her way. No stops, no distractions, no goodbyes.
Until a snowstorm grounds her flight.
With the beautiful city at a snowy standstill, Anna turns to Jamie – a gorgeous Scot with an open door and a raised eyebrow.
Could Copenhagen work its magic one more time?

Reading Anna and Jamie's story is like coming home and snuggling up on the couch under a cosy blankett.
4,5 beautiful stars.
A cosy, Christmassy snow filled romance. Just what’s needed to go with a cup of hot chocolate and a gingerbread man. Sit down and enjoy.
This was a delightfully sweet holiday romance that managed to also tell a lovely story of an emotional journey from heartbreak to hope. The characters were well written and easy to like when we were supposed to like them. The picture of Copenhagen was beautiful and felt so personal that it was clear the author has real connections there. It also made me desperately want to schedule a Christmas time trip to Copenhagen immediately. I am so glad I stumbled across this book and got the chance to read it.
I was invited by the publisher to review this book. Anna flew to Copenhagen for just a few small tasks and had every intention of leaving immediately thereafter. But then a snowstorm hits and her flight is grounded. But then enter Jamie, a Scot who is inviting in this moment of travesty.
I loved the setting for this holiday book - Christmas in a snowy Denmark, and a Scotsman to boot? Sign me up! This book had a ton of the cozy vibes that will work well during the colder seasons when you want to hunker down. And the romance between Anna and Jamie was so sweet; plus, who doesn't love a second chance at something?
Thank you to NetGalley and HarperCollins UK/One More Chapter for this ARC in exchange for an honest review.
As soon as I saw the title of this book I picked it up straight away, I really enjoyed my break in Copenhagen last year and this book took me back there!
The city was described so perfectly that if you’ve been there you’ll be saying “omg I remember that” and if you’ve not been there you’ll be saying “I can totally imagine that, I want to go”.
There was also so many food things mentioned in this book I really want to try some of the cakes mentioned in here, it had me drooling. (All the cute places were actually mentioned in the back of the book in the authors note which I think was a really nice touch I’ll definitely be checking those out)
And talking about drooling; the romance story in this was so cute and swoon-worthy. When I say cute I mean cute, they literally did a jigsaw together but this didn’t mean there was no steamy scenes in here. Although it didn’t go into too much detail the spice level was not a zero!
There were parts in this book that had me laughing out loud; the banter, their chemistry and their quirks. The other parts had my pet lip out but made it all the more of an epic love story.
The ending! Don’t get me started on the ending. I love a happily ever after but this ending was so clever, different AND REFRESHING! I love love love!!
Overall; as you can see from the above, I loved everything about this story and the world the author created, it has everything you could ever wish for in a Christmas romance.
This is a perfect Christmas story which left my heart oh so very full.
