Incredible sequel!!! Second books can be so slow but this was amazing. So many twists and turns it was addictive reading I couldn't put down. The way Linde develops characters is admirable, slowly adding dimensions without feeling tropey and uncovering new layers, giving them real flaws and challenges to overcome- we love a real queen who is flawed and just trying her best.
