This is a good book. The two main characters are Charlotte and Mason. Charlotte works at the university library. Mason is a student going for his PHD. There is an attraction between they decide to fake date, but it doesn’t seem to work. They are dating for real. They each have issues but together they work it out and fall in love.

I enjoyed this book. The characters were well developed & I enjoyed seeing them go from not liking each other to madly in love.

The two main characters have great verbal sparring, the witty banter is fantastic. The author quotes classic books & has a great vocabulary. Well written & fun to read! Started out a bit slow, but once I got into it, the book was hard to put down.

**Note: I know this is an Advanced copy, but I definitely think this book needs a trigger warning. It deals with mental health issues, anxiety, depression, cutting, death, loss of parents, affairs, abuse & more.**
