This is a thorough guide that asks the reader to reflect on their teaching and whole well being with prompts, questions, tips and evidence-based information.
It is a detailed source which helps teachers maintain their wellbeing, improve it, and excel in their profession.
I loved the level of inclusion and coverage such as introversion and teaching, and what to do when you feel wear and tear.
I will certainly return to this book again and again and recommend it to my educator friends.
