Description
Two wounded hearts. One luxury cruise. Ten unforgettable days that could change everything.
Ethan thought he had rebuilt his life after divorce—quiet routines, hard workouts, piano keys, and a future carefully protected from disappointment. Love was a chapter he had no intention of reopening.
Clarissa knows better than to trust promises. After catching her fiancé in the ultimate betrayal, she’s sworn off men, romance, and happily-ever-afters for good. A bachelorette cruise with her best friends is supposed to be a distraction…not a fresh disaster.
When fate and a meddling group of friends keep throwing them together aboard the glamorous Pinnacle Cruise Line, sparks fly in all the wrong ways. He’s too honest. She’s too guarded. He carries heartbreak. She carries scars. And neither is looking for love.
But beneath moonlit dinners, tropical ports, ocean sunsets, and the music of a shipboard piano bar, walls begin to crack. As laughter returns and old wounds are faced, Ethan and Clarissa must decide if the greatest risk isn’t falling again… but never trying at all.
Warm, witty, and deeply emotional, Two Tickets to Love is a swoon-worthy cruise ship romance about healing, second chances, and discovering that sometimes the journey to love begins when you least expect

Wow...just WOW! The emotion in this novel is intense. Ethan and Clarissa have had their hearts broken in previous relationships. Reluctantly going on a cruise with their friends, the last thing either of them expect is to find love. Through dance, forced proximity, and the cone of honestly, they share a real connection and begin to open their hearts again. What happens when the cruise ends? Will they fight for their future? This is an emotional deep dive for both romantic relationships and friendships.
Thank you to NetGalley, the author, and publisher for an ARC of Two Tickets to Love in exchange for an honest review. The ending really pulls at the readers heartstrings, but provides messages of not giving into fear and being honest for the best outcome in all relationships.

Watching two broken people slowly find comfort in each other made this such an enjoyable read. Ethan and Clarissa are carrying a lot of emotional baggage, and neither of them is looking for love when their paths cross. That made every conversation, every misunderstanding, and every vulnerable moment feel much more meaningful.
The cruise setting was one of my favorite parts because it gave the story a refreshing atmosphere while also creating plenty of opportunities for the characters to spend time together. I also liked that the romance focused on rebuilding trust instead of relying on instant attraction. Their chemistry develops naturally, making the emotional payoff feel earned.
There are funny moments that balance the heavier themes, and I found myself smiling during many of their interactions. Both main characters have flaws and emotional wounds, which made them feel relatable rather than perfect.
If you're looking for a romance that combines healing, heartfelt moments, and a slow but satisfying relationship, this is a great choice. It reminds you that sometimes the best journeys are the ones you never planned to take.

Two Tickets to Love by Kathleen Allen and Kelli Mascaron was easily one of my favorite reads of the year...a total 5-star masterpiece! 🚢✨ Huge thanks to NetGalley, the publisher, and the authors for the ARC in exchange for an honest review. I truly felt like I was living this story right alongside the characters, and I’m still not quite ready to be back on land. 🌊💖
The way the authors handled the "love finds you when you aren't looking" theme was executed so beautifully, but what truly stole my heart was Ethan. 🫠 His honesty and vulnerability were so refreshing; he was such a grounded, genuine character that I found myself falling for him just as hard as the protagonist did! Seeing him let his guard down was such a poignant, beautifully written arc...it felt incredibly real and deeply moving. 🥂😍
I was completely obsessed with the setting. The cruise ship atmosphere was so immersive, and the authors have this incredible talent for sensory writing. From the specific tracks playing in the background to the intricate, fluid descriptions of the dance floor, I felt like I was right there in the middle of it all. 🎶💃 It’s one thing to read a romance, but it’s another to feel the rhythm and the heat of every scene as if you’re a passenger on the ship yourself.
The chemistry between the leads was electric, and their journey to becoming soulmates felt so earned and natural. Plus, the side characters were absolute gems....they added so much layers to the plot and made the whole world feel vibrant and full of life. 🍹⚓ If you’re looking for a read that feels like a sunset cocktail on the open ocean mixed with a genuine, heartfelt connection, look no further. This one is pure magic!

Two Tickets to Love is an amazing summer romance novel, I absolutely loved it! Huge thanks to NetGalley, the authors, and the publisher for an ARC of this book.
Everything about this book was five stars for me. I loved the cruise ship setting and summer vibes so much. I loved that neither of them expected to find love again after being broken by their past relationships, but they found each other and were able to help each other heal. I loved Ethan's honesty and how it inspired everyone else to be honest as well. The tension and heat were absolutely delicious, and everything about the romance and spice was written beautifully.
I loved the side characters, especially Clarrissa's friends, but I wish we had gotten even more of them. I loved how everyone rallied together in the end to try to get them back together, it was very sweet and wholesome. This book is perfect for someone looking for a sweet, steamy, and emotional summer romance!
