I love a psychological thriller. Get ready for the twists and turns. I like when the author pulls me in. This story did not disappoint me. Loved it!

Amabel's Broken Moon is a gentle story about resilience, hope, and finding light after disappointment. I was drawn to the symbolism of the broken moon and how it reflects Amabel's own journey. Rather than rushing through her struggles, the story gives them room to breathe, making her growth feel earned and believable. The illustrations add to the emotional tone and help create a quiet, dreamlike atmosphere.

I especially appreciated that the book doesn't suggest everything can be fixed overnight. Instead, it reminds us that healing often happens little by little and that broken things can still be beautiful.
