I'm in a bit of a quandary about this book. I really liked the story and I thought it gave me a lot to think about. About what is the right punishment for someone who has killed another person in a manner such as this. I do have to say that I did find it a bit woolly on the whole though, for me it could have just been a bit tighter on the narration. I felt like I was a bit lost at times which then distracted me from the story.

Tori was just an ordinary woman who made a mistake that many others have made- she was texting & driving. Unfortunately her mistake led to loss of life and to Tori becoming a hate figure, hounded by the paparazzi.

Her accident and her struggle with horrific injuries changed Tori. Whilst fully accepting her culpability she began a movement to try to get people to apologise for past mistakes. To get away from the damage caused by a society where there is no such thing as an accident.

At times the narrative was somewhat confused but overall I found this a very thought provoking book. I really didn't see the ending coming.

While reading this book I keep thinking every teenager needs to read this! It brings many questions to light and most of all the fear of what would I do if this happened to me. In the end you are lead on a story of bumps and bruises that leave with a new understanding of why life is so important.
