Rese has been imagining the fantastic since she was a child. She grew up wandering through myriad book worlds, and her taste for crazy tales eventually led to a BA in English from UC Berkeley and a PhD in Creative Writing from Royal Holloway, University of London. When she's not writing about the impossible, she's pursuing various interests, such as traveling, photographing, piano playing, and theater going.
