It was a good reminder to read this book, as many of the tips centered around managing other people on your team. These are universal skills to develop, and anyone who studied or worked on these skills will be ahead of the pack.

The authors run through the ins and outs of project management, covering everything from building the right team (some of their suggestions may surprise you) to guiding a project to fruition. They also present humorous examples populated with people you might recognize, each of these tales providing an opportunity to learn from their fictional characters. Each chapter isolates one piece of the project management puzzle, and the writers entertain while imparting knowledge of every step along the way.

This is an easy, fast read that contains a wealth of tips that will help anyone wishing to develop skills useful in project management, as well as any facet of any business. Five stars.
