It's easy to feel like you're not worth enough, and this book is designed to target those feelings and help you fight them. I like how this book inspires introspection, as well as giving you steps forward to feel more confident. It's easy to read, and you can read it piecemeal, without having to rush through cover to cover. A great book if you're looking to improve your mindset without feeling overwhelmed by the process.
