The Perfect Blood Series is an action-packed vampire mystery. The book is written from multiple points of view giving the paranormal world great depth. The story is of Aiden Dyer, a teenager whose father moves him around the world for his engineering job, until the day he is almost killed by a vampire. Aiden is suddenly introduced to a vast, more complex world than the one he thought he lived in. This book has fantastic world building and had my heart racing up to the end.

I really enjoyed this vampire mystery. It was well written with a well executed storyline and well developed and likeable characters. I was engaged the whole way through, it was a gripping read that I couldnt put down. I cannot wait to read more from this author.

I read this with a teenage member of our family and think that we both enjoyed it equally. The characters were engaging (I can remember being a teenager...just) and believable within the storyline. We both got to the end and wanted more and in my mind that's a successful book
