Description

Why is an electric toothbrush better than a manual? If you brush after snacking will you still get decay? Is fluoride bad for you? Why can’t you find an NHS dentist?

If these are questions you often ask yourself, this is the book for you! I Hate the Dentist! (But I Hate Toothache More) covers all facets of oral health, when and how things can go wrong and what individuals can do to keep their mouths healthy. I enjoyed the expert advice from Dr. Tim Coates in his book, "I Hate the Dentist ! But I hate toothache more." I struggle with anxiety everytime I visit the dentist. I worry that I haven't taken good enough care of my teeth and will need to endure a painful cleaning, or even worse, have a cavity to be filled. I was thrilled to come across this book and am thankful for Dr. Coates' comprehensive guide to caring for teeth. He covers everything from daily toothcare to the more complicated dental surgeries. As I have gained more knowledge about toothcare and implemented a few key changes he recommends, I am certain my next dental visit will be a breeze.
