BBC Radio 1Xtra broadcaster, DJ, TV presenter and restaurateur Sian Anderson is an exciting new voice in the culinary scene celebrating her Black British identity with Jamaican and St Lucian heritage. After founding her immensely popular restaurant, Octaves, Sian is now sharing her fresh, flavoursome take on Caribbean food.
