First of all I am not a counselor. I do have an interest in cognitive science and hoped the title would be technical to a degree but not over my head. The title was at the level I hoped it would be. It provided both information I had learned from other sources and new insights. Since the book is somewhat technical and I am a slow reader I will have to purchase the title to finish. While the title is more than I usually spend on books it will be worth the investment.

Reviewed on LibraryThing, Barnes and Noble and Amazon.
