Julie Caplin knows how to write books and she knows how to write these books that steal your heart and steal your time. Because all you want to do is be in them whether its via reading or actually want to be in the worlds she creates.
Oh and did I get to the swoon factor yet. Well yes, swoon we do in her books. Swoon we did. I loved both the characters. They both had their issues brought to the table here. And they both needed time and maybe a little of eachother to get through. But will what's proposed be the answer.
I also like how social media and the horrible fall out was taken seriously. And not handled with flippancy as it really effected our characters.
When these two meet in NYC and we get to read their connection though. Hehe, brill.
I was rooting for them as individuals and then definitely as a pair please.
This was a delightful festive read. Just what we need in today's times.
A Love Letter to New York!
I am a huge fan of Julie Caplin’s Romantic Escapes series, and couldn’t wait to dive in to Christmas On Fifth Avenue, the first book in her new series. A cozy escapist romance giving all the festive feels and bringing the magic of New York at Christmas.
Welcome to New York, where the Christmas lights dazzle, the snow is falling and love is just around the corner…

Christmas On Fifth Avenue is a festive, fun and sweet romance. The authors descriptions of New York are absolutely fabulous. I mean who wouldn’t want to spend Christmas at The Plaza! I loved the characters and enjoyed exploring New York through their eyes. Absolutely delightful!

Another stellar holiday romance from Julie Caplin. She brings NYC to life and the love interests are such wonderfully written characters -- flaws and all. A romantic, often funny read -- perfect for the festive season.
A true fairytale of New York.
Evie Green has the chance of a lifetime to spend Christmas in New York City after an embarrassing incident in the UK. Little does she know that guilt-ridden soccer player Noah is also escaping to the same hotel, with his agent desperate to improve his image. What ensues is a festive-infused tale in the Big Apple.
If you're looking for a Christmas read with all the festive feels, look no further. The vivid descriptions of Christmas in New York are bar-none, evoking a magical feeling for anyone who has ever seen a picture of the Rockefeller tree or The Plaza.
Evie and Noah are perfectly flawed, learning from each other the whole way through and finding some sizzling chemistry along the way. The situations they find themselves in are realistic, making me want to go on a sleigh ride to see the lights in Dyker Heights.
The cast of secondary characters are a joy too, showing how found family can truly change your life; and there's no better time than during the holidays.
Thank you to NetGalley and Harper Collins UK, One More Chapter for the opportunity to read this for free in exchange for my honest review.

What a fantastic book! This screams Christmas romcom with all the perfect New York locations, the activities that you see in films and a great cast of characters. I fell in love with this book immediately; I really felt like I was watching a film as it was all described so well. This is the absolute perfect book to put you in the Christmas spirit.

Christmas in New York? Can't afford it. Experience it through this book? priceless. Evie, Makes a terrible mistake and thinks it's the end of everything, but sometimes life has other ideas and she gets the opportunity of a lifetime to live her own fairytale of New York . And every fairytale needs a prince, charming or not, as she meets Noah.
Loved this book and I look forward to the next one. Thank you for the ARC.

This was adorable. Evie and Noah ran into each other at the airport in the first class lounge waiting on a flight to New York. Evie stepped in and scared someone off from Noah by pretending by being his girlfriend. Sparks flew from there and they happened to keep running into each other. They were both coming off of not great press on the verge of being cancelled. They are forced to join forces to get some good press online and more things are flying than just snow.
This was such an adorable book about two very stubborn people. I loved the relationship between Evie and Noah and how they pushed each other but they don’t see anything wrong with how they are until they are together. I ate this book up and really enjoyed the New York at the Plaza story line. Thank you to NetGalley for the ARC!!
