Magdalena Chavez is a physician assistant (PA) with over a decade of experience helping patients manage conditions from diabetes to back pain, from high blood pressure to depression. In addition to treating patients one-on-one, Magdalena has also spoken publicly on topics such as diabetes management, hypertension, and inflammation throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Her case study on Gitelman syndrome, a rare genetic disorder, was published by the Journal for the American Academy of Physician Associates (JAAPA), and she is currently coauthoring a clinical guideline for the Journal of Dermatology Physician Associates. She enjoys running, swimming, sailing, and spending time with her family.

This book really convinced me of all the benefits of exercise, so much so that I went down to do some much needed physical activity. Highly recommended, thank you to netgalley and the publishers for giving me a copy of the book.
