Tim Malone is an accomplished entrepreneur with a passion for business innovation. Prior to joining the family business, Malone Workforce Solutions, in 1998, he successfully owned and operated a profitable flooring company. Taking the reins alongside his brothers, Tim has been instrumental in significantly increasing sales from 20 million dollars in revenue to 411 million dollars. All the while spearheading the acquisition or initiation of several other businesses at the same time. Tim firmly believes that exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of Malone's success. His leadership philosophy centers on fostering a collaborative work environment where all employees work together in achieving both business and personal goals.

Tim started his spiritual journey nearly a decade ago, determined to understand the mysteries of the universe. This was an unexpected new chapter in his life, one he expects to keep evolving. Behind the Veil is the first of a series of books that Tim plans to write and publish.
Tim is also an avid enthusiast of music, golf, and fishing and enjoys spending quality time with his family.

After playing on the professional tennis tour, Jessica transitioned into the corporate world, starting as the Director of Public Relations for tennis and volleyball events at the Great Western Forum in Los Angeles, California. This role provided invaluable experience in managing high-profile public relations campaigns. Seeking a broader communications role, she moved back to San Diego, where she had earned a Master's degree, and took on the position of Director of Communications for a REALTOR® association.

Jessica's life took an exciting turn when an opportunity to move to Singapore came her way. Embracing the adventure, she quickly relocated and landed a job with the international human resource consultancy, The Hay Group. Starting as a local writer, she climbed the ranks to become the Director of Public Relations for all of Southeast Asia. In this role, she significantly enhanced Hay’s visibility across the region through television, newspapers, and magazines.

Upon her return to the United States, Jessica focused on her writing career as the head writer for a national property development firm in San Diego. Aspiring to balance family life with a flexible work schedule, she ventured out on her own to become a one-woman writing company and she has never looked back.

Serving as a lead communications strategist for some companies, she crafts internal and external communication pieces to promote their missions and enhance brand presence. Her work includes ghostwriting, writing speeches, e-zines, newsletters, articles, blogs, brochures, website content, grant proposals, and press releases.

Jessica had a fun venture when she was tapped to host a local internet/television show called, “Women Leaders: Secrets to Success.” She conducted over 70 interviews with women around the world. They discussed what they felt made them successful and what they believed were the important lessons to learn as a woman working their way up the ladder in various industries.

Over the past decade, Jessica has become a publishing field expert, guiding clients through the complexities of publishing their own projects. Behind the Veil: One Man's Journey from Opioid Addiction to Spirituality and Beyond is her first book as a named co-author.

Jessica's son, Sam, now a young man, is a culture writer and novelist, living in Washington, D.C. Embracing her empty nest, she moved to Jacksonville Beach, Florida with her husband Lou, a clinical psychologist and also a published author. Together, they are enjoying the salty life with our rescue pup, Charlie.
