Absolutely Gripping book, not the usual book I'd of read but it sounded intriguing, so happy I gave it a read. Loved the survival theme had me on edge. This book held my attention well and I completed it within one day. Definitely would love to read similar things again.

4.5 stars! The spectacular ending pushed this one all the way up for me. For the most part, this is an Agatha Christie-esque mystery interspersed with high stress moments of peril. Although I didn't fully figure out whodunnit, I found this to be a very fair - if gloriously convoluted! - puzzle. I have faith that with careful reading, you could solve it as you go. Our POV character has a touch of Hastings's incurable romanticism about him, too, which I found quite charming.
