I loved reviewing and reading through this recipe book. I also had a lot of fun creating some of the drinks. My two favorite were the Probiotic Blast and the Maca Mocha. Both were also favorites for my kids as well. The recipes were concise and easy to make, and the information she added to the book was great. I learned a lot from it.
