Sophie’s posts on Instagram always make me smile, she has this infectious energy and is literally like a ball of joy, and when I saw her post about this upcoming book I knew it would be a great read, and it didn’t disappoint at all!
I read this in pretty much two sittings, Sophie’s writing style is so relaxed and warm, but at the same time really informative and engaging, reading this felt like being sat with a friend who wants the best for you and wants to deliver you a needed boost, you come away feeling hopeful and satisfied.
I really enjoyed the format of the book, the inclusion of interview segments were really interesting and slotted in perfectly to the rest of the book. Also I liked how it was broken down into different sections and themes, I think it has something for everyone and definitely served up plenty of food for thought, essentially this is a feel good buffet and I left very satisfied.
