Description
What if one simple mantra could reshape the way you eat — and how you feel?
Greens Are Free is not a diet book – it’s a mindset shift, a fresh start, and a powerful invitation to ditch diet culture and rediscover the joy of eating well. Dr. Stephanie Bernard, Registered Dietitian, Physician Assistant, and Professor, brings an inspiring, no-nonsense approach to optimal health through nutrition that balances warmth, science, and reality. Most importantly, there are zero gimmicks.
At the core of it all is a simple but transformative idea: Greens Are Free. It’s about choosing abundance over restriction and nourishment over perfection. From understanding hunger and metabolism to building meals that heal, this is your game-changing guide to lasting wellness.
It’s time to reignite your innate ability to use food as fuel and unlock a healthier, more energized version of yourself. Inside you’ll find practical tools, clear strategies, and a refreshing perspective that turns Greens Are Free into more than a mantra—it will become a way of life.
