A really good book about the Nuremberg trials which took place 1945-46.
The trials were the most important event after the war, when Nazi party members and Hitlers henchmen were brought to trial and charged with crimes against humanity.
It tells us about the road to Nuremberg starting after WWI , up to the trials.
The doctors who used less than human experiments on different ethnicities, twins, pregnant women, these men HAD to be brought to justice as did the officers of the Death Squad.
I have read other books on the trials but this is the best.
It is written in a way which is easy to follow, and even tough at times it is difficult to read what went on, it held my interest.
I feel that this book should be on the library shelves as one of the best, maybe even on the school curriculums.
A great book about the worst time in history.
