The author has presented very sensible, logical well researched material to help us all make better decisions for our health. One of the best parts about this program is that it is customizable for each person. This book will guide us to living a better, healthier life. Through these six pillars we are given ideas to integrate into our lives to have more energy and become healthier individuals along the way.
This is packed with information backed by scientific research and personal experience. It is an easy and quick read with great ideas to incorporate into our lives. While we are aware of many of these things I think it is nice that each of them are covered in this book.
I would recommend this book for anyone interested in improving their overall health and well-being.
