This book is very well researched and written. If there is one thing I enjoy it is finding out one more thing about health. I have spent years looking at all the health benefits of food and exercise. After years of running, a injury slowed me down recently and made me see the importance of diet to another extreme.

None of us are getting any younger and we live in a fast paced, commercialised world. This book addresses health, food, exercise and lifestyle that compliments any lifestyle. Not only does it give the authors opinion, it gives sound research into each matters addressed. Of all the research, I have to agree with most, if not all, that is incorporated in these pages. It isn't totally new information for the well read, well researched, and well Googled individual. But it is so well written that you will keep turning the pages for the next issues advice.

I liked that information about vitamins. I am not a big supplement taker but they have their place. The management of vitamins is not over done, and is backed up with the whys of implementing each supplement.

The last section is a prescription for incorporating the information into your lifestyle. Pick up a copy, you have little to lose through learning more about good sensible health.

Mr. Horn has written a "definitive" book to better your health. This is far above the normal self help health books. The author has presented very sensible, logical well researched material to help us all make better decisions for our health. As a organic vegetarian I have read my share of nutrition and health books over the years and this is definitely one of the best in the field.
.Mr. Horn is well organized, thoroughly researched, and inspirationally written for the layperson. Anyone can incorporate better health practices from this book. , Living Well provides a higher quality of life. What I absorbed the most, is that the book provides principles we can apply to our present everyday life that is increasingly overrun with excessive chemicals, distractions and bad food practices. If your seeking to better your health, your knowledge of how to better your health and conduct better health practices in your daily life, Buy this book, your health will thank you .
I appreciate the ARC which in no way affected my honest review of this fine book.

Living Well: Six Pillars to Living Your Best Life by Greg Horn takes us through six areas of our lives to live well. The six areas are: “thinking well, eating well, moving well, sleeping well, hosting well, and staying well.”

One of the best parts about this program is that it is customizable for each person. This book will guide us to living a better, healthier life. Through these six pillars we are given ideas to integrate into our lives to have more energy and become healthier individuals along the way.

This is packed with information backed by scientific research and personal experience. It is an easy and quick read with great ideas to incorporate into our lives. While we are aware of many of these things I think it is nice that each of them are covered in this book.

I would recommend this book for anyone interested in improving their overall health and well-being.

I acknowledge that I received this book free of charge from NetGalley in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion of it.

What I really enjoyed about this book is its practicality. Its not giving recommendations on how to live better, in better health, that are impossible to do. Instead the recommendations are relatively easy, starting right where you are, and are backed by multiple studies in order to get you well on your way to living well.

Easy to read and enjoyable -- the facts were encouraging in all the right ways. I would recommend this to any and every one.
